CHICAGO, October 16, 2018 (PressReleaseNewsCenter.com) – HotSpot Rentals, a Chicago luxury apartment rental agency, is proud to announce publication of the 2018 edition of its annual Best of Chicago’s Downtown Apartments Awards. In order to determine which Chicago apartments won in the categories of Best Overall, Best New, Best Luxury, Best Luxury for Less, and Best Dog Friendly apartments, its dedicated team of full-time agents visited 100 downtown luxury Chicago apartments on over 2,500 tours, then placed their votes.
The foremost consideration of HotSpot Rentals’ agents was whether the property met its builder and architect’s brand promise to customers. Further qualifications included the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, whether clients felt the price met their value expectations and the clients’ feedback and responses to the property. While there’s no way to quantify the looks of amazement, “Wow” responses and the smiles on customers’ faces, these are the types of responses agents looked for from clients during each tour.

Asbury Plaza, with its accessible location for walking anywhere downtown, and Presidential Towers, with its proximity to the highway, Union Station and the Loop, made a repeat performance in the category of Best Luxury for Less.
Old Town Park, a modern oasis in a historic and vivacious neighborhood, tied for Best New Luxury due to its location near the library, Seward Park, the Lakefront Trail and lots of shopping and eateries on Wells Street. Old Town Park is also packed with amenities and features, such as complimentary fitness classes and basketball, gourmet kitchens and wide plank flooring. Its award mate, Eleven 40, located next to Grant Park and tucked between Jewel and Trader Joe’s, boasts a game room with skeeball and a relaxing outdoor aqua lounge.
